No One Can “Make” Us Feel Angry: The Art of Being Responsible For Managing Our Own Feelings

Our feelings originate inside of our own bodies.

Yes, humans are triggered by people and events, but our response is totally our responsibility…no one else’s.

This is a challenging concept. People in relationships often want to blame their partner for “making” them feel angry, sad, afraid or other feelings.

We can blame others for anything we want. It will not matter one bit how loud we yell or how many threats we make.

We are the architects of our own lives and how we feel is ultimately up to us.
